My full name is Sarah Jones. I am a manager of The Garden supermarket. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with your employers' parking cars. As we observe, they often park their cars in the supermarket parking area. This has negative effects on the development of the supermarket.
Firstly, this causes some troubles for our customers to come into the supermarket. Sometimes, our parking lot is not enough while there are many customers intending to come to the supermarket.
Secondly, this is not so appropriate us when your employees' parking cars blocks the view. Moreover, they destroy our advertising banners, and sometimes they spark brawl. This made us annoy, and some customers sent some letters of complaint to us.
I enclosed some pictures, clips as the proofs.
We feel that the company should rearrange the parking lot, fix the parking time reasonably, and keep close control of parking the fixed place to put end to the problem. We hope that this matter will be dealt with as soon as possible unless the company is legally responsible for this.
